External Collaborations and Outreach in IT

Collaborations with Institutions

Collaborations with public institutions have generally not as objective Technology Transfer. As collaborative activities, they may have some TT aspects but are not per-se a Technology Transfer activities.

Collaborations take two forms:

  • Collaboration through projects funded via public institutions' programmes. The main vehicle for this is the European Union 6th Framework Programme.
     

  • Direct collaboration with institutions in the  form of Cooperation or Collaboration Agreements
