In certain cases, IT
software is made available to third parties through bilateral licensing
taking the form of Collaboration Agreements signed between the licensee
organization and CERN. The software is generally licensed in source format.

agreement is formulated on a case-by -case basis. A number of usual
conditions are however common to all agreements.
